Get Ready To Re-Register Your SIM Cards
In order to curb fraud and cyber fraud, Ghana will embark on a re-registration exercise of SIM cards for phone users. New users will have to use their Ghana Cards when purchasing a new SIM card while current SIM cardholders will have to register via an app.
The exercise will begin in October and end in March 2022. It will be mandatory for Ghana Citizens, Non-Citizens, and Travelers purchasing SIM cards in Ghana
