Nigeria Finally "Un-Bans" Twitter

It was a bit of a slow news week (unless you count in some of the raises by some startups) but the biggest news was the Nigerian government finally “un-banning” Twitter in Nigeria.
Background: Nigeria officially banned Twitter six months after the company had removed a tweet by President Buhari because it violated one of its rules.
The Nigerian government retaliated by suspending Twitter’s operations in the country, accusing the American social media giant of allowing its platform to be used “for activities that are capable of undermining Nigeria’s corporate existence.”
Now it looks like Twitter kissed and made up with Nigeria.
But for how long? Nigerians had been using VPN to go around the ban. So will they keep using it with the ban lifted?
We’ll see.
